- Lactobacillus rhamnosus GG is the only probiotic recommended in Europe and the US for hospital-acquired infectious diarrhea. A study involving 742 hospitalized children demonstrated that LGG reduced vomiting by 48% and diarrhea by 70%.
- According to the 2015 World Allergy Organization guidelines, Lactobacillus rhamnosus GG is recommended for allergy prevention, particularly atopic dermatitis, in pregnant and breastfeeding women, as well as in infants.
